Yo! I love this kid.
I've been enjoying Tales of Destiny for over four wonderful, long years now and over those years I've found that there is a lot of shit regarding this canon. Many different ways of expressing characterizations and how each of these fictional people act around each other. After all, characterization is bound to differ not only when under different writers but from 1997 till 2014.
Thus, I wanted to leave a special little note here. I feel like my fellow players can help keep me in line if they know a little backstory.
I'm mostly drawing from everything and anything-- attempting to keep to the Playstation version of Tales of Destiny for it's the only OFFICIALLY translated version. However, many other, more expansive inspiration exists... an example is the non-canon Tales of World games. The manga for Tales of Destiny (... and the Leon one) both really help build upon how I picture Stahn. Over the years, we've had strip comics, goofy silly fun things regarding Stahn and friends that are also fun to consider. I've also seen a few translated Director's Cut skits which, if I could understand Japanese, I would be using over the PSX version for Stahn's voice but... alas. Not to mention that little tiny bit of stuff from Tales of Destiny 2! (this canon...)
